Does this mean he can't be charged with an crime?
What would stop anyone else from doing the same to avoid charges in the future?
This is a bad precedent to set with all the criming going on over there.

The investigations are ongoing. plenty of Candidates and sitting Congressmen (and at least 1 Governor) have been held to account in Court. He may think it’s a free pass, but he’s wrong.
