@greenshrink Not too surprising, though I'm not sure I agree with blanket cuts for the "privilege" of WFH. I'm at a remote-first company, and part of the salary/offer calculations is based on where we reside. Employee's that work hybrid in San Fran are on a different scale than someone in Keokuk, Iowa, because of the different cost of living.
A blanket cut just for WFH, though? They can GTFOH with that nonsense!
