@Lisa_Winfeld If it's for a "legit" (I know, I have trouble associating that word with Trump-world myself) political campaign, it's likely exempted from being considered spam, along with religious organization communications. Depending on the jurisdiction, fire/police union solicitations might also be permitted. Political & religious comms are specifically exempted from the FCC "Do Not Call" provisions though - unless it's changed recently.
