Anne's out of town, so I went into Hollywood this morning to get out of my mild loneliness at home, and had breakfast with one of my favorite people in the world, who I don't get to see that often.

I know that I forget this vital part of self care all the time, so: make the time to go do things with people you love, because you deserve and need to be with them, especially when you're having not the greatest time, and your instinct is to pull the covers up over your head and stay in bed all day.
