I streamed The Iron Oath, this past Saturday, starting the game from scratch, for 5 hours and continued playing it for 5 more afterwards. I haven't done this in literal years, so that right there should tell you something about the game. This is valid however if you super enjoy party management and #turnbasedtactical combat mixed in with a particular system of #dungeoncrawling. Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon is a fresh-ish EA title that feels less like Skyrim than it looks - at least initially, and also I haven't played Skyrim in more than a decade. But I am enjoying my time in it and in the setting. Abilities improve with use, is what I'm saying and level points apparently can go either into base stats or perks. Mind you, only played it for 90 mins so it can still turn into grindy drudgery but also maybe not...
