Y'all, please send some love to a family friend if you have a moment. He got laid off, has a family with a baby almost a year old and is a vet. I had him come by and help me with some outdoor chores to help him out and we certainly needed the help, too He's just the nicest, hard-working guy, and I figure if some of us send him good vibes, maybe the universe will do him a nice turn for once. Thanks and love to you all 💕

@ellesu It was wonderful! Crispy on the outside skin, juicy in the inside. It took longer than the recipe but I highly recommend 😍

And tonight I tossed some chunks into some cream of chicken soup with herbs, frozen corn niblets, potatoes, & egg noodles. I cheated and microwaved the potatoes before chopping and adding to the soup at the end and it was ready in about 20 mins and pretty tasty

Got my fingers crossed, trying to air fry a bone-in turkey breast for the first time. Should know how it turns out in about an hour 🤞

Got our Christmas tree put up today. Kiddo (who now hates birthday) still has the holiday spirit and it was so much fun. I'm so glad he doesn't hate all holidays. 🤶😂

Had a hard day and made it through still decently in a good mood through sheer willpower. Have been rewarded with cocktails and the Bob's Burgers Christmas episode spree with Hubs 😊
