I made #potato salad today, with dijon mustard, fresh rosemary (a lot, chopped), onion bits, cracked black pepper, vegan mayo, balsamic vinegar, and *kala namak salt.
It tasted amaaaazing but I saved most of it to chill overnight so the flavors can meld.
*I like the taste of eggs but prefer to keep it #vegan.
