Every time I make wings I think about the first New Year's Eve my husband and I spent together.
I made wings.
When they were finished I dropped a flat. Ginny, my Dog Of A Lifetime, snatched it in a millisecond and my husband walked into the kitchen to find me with my hand in her mouth to above the wrist. Thankfully she swallowed it whole and passed it easily.
