Unfortunately even with a #migraine I had to run errands today and on our way home I had a specific explosion of pain and said, "That's new," and then performed a stroke check in the car.
I and others with migraine always joke about wondering if this one is the stroke, but you never know.
Reminder to people how to do a quick check upon a sudden symptom-
Because I am That Person I always stick out my tongue and after recite the entire alphabet to hear pronunciation as well.

And this one isn't as bad as others, or my cluster headaches, but a whole new pain requires a check.
@Shelter I don't do it every time but I do on the bad ones
