I'm going to need the folks in the US to quit demonizing fruit as some locomotive straight to diabetes, please.
Dinner tonight was gyro marinade chicken skewers, air fryer baby potatoes, some leftover naan, and California cherries.
@Shelter Cherries and sometimes watermellon send my sugar soaring. The rest are mostly OK. It's sad but true. :(
@NiveusLepus @Shelter Um.. are you implying I'm lying about my sugar readings going up with some fruits? First, I never lie and certainly not about nutrition/diabetes stuff.
Think of it like a conversation where someone says, I was driving to work and a branch fell on my car, and the person they're talking to says, "That's bullshit," in solidarity.
The circumstances are the bullshit, not the information.
