I'm going to need the folks in the US to quit demonizing fruit as some locomotive straight to diabetes, please.
Dinner tonight was gyro marinade chicken skewers, air fryer baby potatoes, some leftover naan, and California cherries.
And while that's true this country has a very weird banging of the drum about fruit.
I'm also sorry to hear that. Stonefruit season is the only great thing about summer.
@Shelter I eat plums, nectarines, peaches.. no problem, cherries are the biggie that gets me. Oh.. and I have to be limited on grapes.
ITA w you that fruit is good for diabetics and nutrition in general. They do need to stop producing sweeter and sweeter fruit though. It's generally sweet enough just as it is. :)
