As we crest the summer of 2023, I have to chuckle a bit as our media tries so damn hard to turn this upcoming presidential campaign into a neck and neck race. Biden is unliked! (He's not) he has primary challenges! (he doesn't) Trump is a threat! (He's not).

I sweat none of this because this time next year all that's going to be in our view is a Biden endorsement and neck deep in any of the trials Trump will be in.

Tune it out folks, it's just noise.

Congressional Republicans job isn't to lead or pass legislation, it's to prove Democracy doesn't work.

The point is to gunk up the gears of government no matter the cost, to then turn around and tell the American people "See, we were able to ground everything to a halt. We're responsible for everything failing. Don't you want fascism now?"
