@Foxthorn Is it just me, or do black carrots have better flavor? Maybe it's the anthocyanins?
@Selcoeurl They have excellent flavor and they were incredibly easy to grow. My orange carrots are minuscule by comparison. My wife is not entirely a fan of eating purple dishes (and any dish you put these in is definitely going to be purple), but she's adjusting.
