@davastewart I only have one kid and it has been exhausting the entire 4 years so far. I don't know how anyone manages two or more. Good on you for making it this far.

@voltronic Lots of new folks and this place is subtly different but much the same as the bird site, so new people bring their habits with them because it looks the same at a glance.

If we remind them why CoSo is different and we don’t engage with the shouty posts, they’ll figure out how to change. Or they won’t, and they’ll leave. But it’s going to take time. Months. Years maybe.

@etakeh @kel I do alright. It's true I could go somewhere else and get paid more, but as @kel said, the grass is pretty green where I am too. The work gets done and I have the flexibility I need to stay relatively sane.

@etakeh @kel I do it on a separate computer and I keep my work computer on its own lonely VLAN so nobody has to know...

@etakeh I can only speak for myself but since I WFH I do tend to have CoSo open on the side while I'm working. When I'm not working I'm either parenting or sleeping so I'm on CoSo a lot less in those cases.

@drdewaynelehman I use one called "Toot!" on my phone for that reason and it works well enough.

@EricMEagan I'm on both although I find the bird site a lot less tolerable.

@FreedomATX I don't do options (mainly crypto and forex) but I recently started to *always* use a take profit because it takes that guesswork and nail-biting out of the picture.
