You know, even if you don't believe in gods, I think it's good to have quiet time alone in a setting that lets you see how small you and all your problems are: doesn't have to be a church, it can be the mountains, a canyon, somewhere where you can quietly view the vastness of the cosmos, the ocean or whatever.
I think it's good to find something that does that for you: gives you that reflective, awe-inspiring religious feeling.
And after you find it, make some time for it occasionally.

So I was reading the attached article and I have a technical question. Could a cell phone monitor the frequency/data transmitted level of the voice on the phone? A natural voice falls below the frequency levels of the phones range. Reading this it sounds like to synthesize a voice it is at a much higher level because of everything needed in the algorithm. So could the voice be measured? Natural vs fake?
