So! Supposedly the idiot billing company has already submitted to medicaid to get my deductible paid and I owe them nothing for last year.
However, Medicaid still has me listed as being on medicaid even though I should not be. AND I have to deny my medicare claims for the tens+ thousands paid to my back doc and force him to send the bill to the VA (after 3 requests to do it). Otherwise Medicare is stuck paying and that's not fair.

@TrueBloodNet do you have my healthe vet? I put my medical insurance in there years ago and contacted them to give them the billing address for the va directly. There might be more to it now because of the va using a billing company. If you need me to look anything up for you just reach out.

@SatuUnelmia Yes. Thanks the issue isn't the VA. It's the surgeon's office. They get paid more through Medicare (even though they are on retainer or whatever the deal is) so it's very little in comparison) I gave them all this info 3 times. The biller says that the office refuses to authorize it.
