I had to go to the office this week for a "connect week," and I have learned how very spoiled I've become by the privilege of working at home. It was something I never knew I wanted, but now I will strive to always have.

So how have you all fared during the hurricane? We weren’t in the direct path, but we had some pretty good storms. Lots of downed trees and power outages. No real damage at our house. #hurricaneian

#movienight I got to see Sparrows tonight on the big screen. I'd never actually seen any of Mary Pickford's work before, and I was pretty impressed. Even more impressed by some of what I heard about her as a entrepreneur. Definitely someone I want to learn more about.

We're getting ready to have a graduation party for our eldest. She graduated in May, but then immediately left for Costa Rica. So, now it's celebration time! So looking forward to showing off my kid and her accomplishments to the wider fam. #proudmama
