@WarrantCanary Status
@Lulz4l1f3 That's by design, if people are too tired from doing things to pay attention to politics, and are not able to vote... then it benefits those who need fewer votes to get into office... sort of a manufactured minority rule...
Will you start watching a canceled show? (streaming)
I find interesting series that I learn were canceled before coming to a logical conclusion. (I don't count those as canceled really.)
In some cases I have felt burned investing time in a series (The First, for example) hitting a cliffhanger season ending only to learn of no follow-up.
Of course, series we like get canceled all the time after we start them. This question is about knowing it only got 1-3 seasons before starting.
IG algorithm for policing posts is bizarre. A fake story was posted, by a person advertising they post satire stories.
People are posting "Is this real?" I responded with "check the bio, all will be revealed." A second later I get a message "Your post has been removed."
Huh? (I didn't want to spoil it for others, so I just directed her to where I got the answer.)

Of course, the story traced general trend toward acceptance until the political football around Covid vaccine.
RFK Jr. Is directly accountable for a measles outbreak in Samoa.
There was a good segment on the history of anti-vax on CBS Sunday Morning. Brief, but they traced it all the way to reluctance (understandable) to take the original smallpox inoculation. (It involved cutting you and smearing ground up scabs, etc. In wound. And everybody got sick, ans some even died.) But it was still better than your odds if you actually got smallpox.
Ben Franklin regretted not getting it for his grandson in fear of it. But he got smallpox and died.
