Elizabeth Warren won my support in the 2020 primary when she was the first candidate to utter the phrase "Wealth Tax" as a concrete proposal.
And it wasn't even too wild. If the ultra-wealthy aren't getting more than 2% return on their wealth then those assets would be more efficiently used elsewhere.
