Well, TFG has a hard deadline of 5PM ET to file a motion to testify in the E. Jean Carroll civil case in NY. It's 4:30. Any bets on whether or not he files the motion in the next 30 minutes? Or does the case go to the jury tomorrow?

I just roasted - no, torched, via email - my county Dem committee for not even fielding a candidate for a mid-May special election for a FL House seat against an extreme MAGAt. And they want me to attend (and of course contribute) to a Fish Fry Fundraiser next week.

Power was out for a couple of hours early this morning. I was laying in bed with no incentive to roll out, and I'm thinking to myself, "well, gonna have to drive to Starbucks for coffee, I guess." Then I remembered my garage door is a pain in the butt to open without electricity. As I was contemplating this dilemma, I heard all the household gadgets come back to life and breathed a sigh of relief. Coffee is served. ☕

This is a tough one, and I know many who have been through it. Love or lifetime financial security? What's sad is knowing how this particular relationship will likely wind down.

Good morning. Why'd I wake up so early today? Anyway, waddle waddle.

Feels like I should be dropping something in my CoSo timeline for today. Here goes:

It's been a weird & not inconsequential year for me. There's been cause for reflection & reluctant acknowledgement that the window overlooking future planning is closing.

Today, I nabbed the first hole in one of my life during a round of golf. My tee shot was a thing of perfection and I'll replay it in my head forever.

The reaction when I got home was, "It took you four years here to do that?"
