Read elsewhere that it was actually a transwoman, not a drag performer who stomped the shooter with her heels, so the correct statement is
"It takes a good transwoman in heels to stop a bad guy with a gun."

Which includes consistency, so maybe not so easy? All I know is if you give the reader a "Why" they'll come along with you on the nonsense.

Black people aren't shooting up white grocery stores.
Latinos are not shooting up Walmarts.
Jewish people are not shooting up Christian churches.
