My niece's daughter was doing a fundraiser a few weeks ago... so of course.

Between this and AJs Fine Foods, there are currently more carbohydrates in the form of pastries in our home than all year totalled.

I put in a full work day and it was physically exhausting and painful. My infrared #sauna continues to provide the pain relief I need. It is as critical a therapy for me as me #Remicade.

I came back home with the entire bakery.

OK, after a fresh night of sleep I refined my MOP and now at 4:15, I feel completely prepared for the full day of work ahead.

As we learned from the "Santa Claus Is Coming to Town." When it comes to taking on big efforts, I just need to keep putting one foot in front of the other, and soon I'll be walking out the door.

I'm working tomorrow all morning.

Tonight I rewarded myself with Vietnamese, #sauna time, medical cannabis and Cherry Garcia. No alcohol and a good night's rest make for a successful operation, #AllEyesOnMe
