I feel my arthritic body reacting well to the FAR. My back is releasing.

I am SWEATING soooo much.

I am having my first real sauna experience right now.

The heat up time was great.

It feels fantastic on my muscles and bones as he I am SWEATING.

I am posting a photo of me in my Papi underwater. 😂

I completed the rest of the #SaunaRoom #Remodel.

Everything is working as expected except no audio out of speakers. I will troubleshoot that more later.

I took Monday off for my own personal three day weekend. 🙂
