#Remodel update.
There was a lot of hammering and power driven tools sounds yesterday that did NOT sound like they were laying down tile.
They were doing a professional job, redoing the underlying floor structure. Today, yeah...I fully expect the tile to go in. Even so, we might have to wait up to 48 hours to walk on it.
The garage is now 90% repainted with the rest on Friday. The handyman I hired, I'll refer to a Jethro, was slow... is slow.

As previously written, there has been some marital tension at times...but our marriage did not really suffer for it.
Here are MY tips:
Be on the same page on what the end game is and orient design decisions on that.
Hire top tier professionals.
Level set expectatoins between spouses on timing and costs. Expect contigency expenses.
I'm reposting my sneak peek at our master bath #Remodel for those on our morning show that haven't seen them.
The drywall is done as well. Today, I expect paint and floor tile. At least now we have access to the toilet.
Hardware and a glass wall remain for the shower. I'm thinking by end of day, we'll be able to move our (now fewer) clothes back into the closets.
I emailed these to our house cleaner who approved ;-).
With flexibility on timing and contigency cash, this has been 'easy'.
Well it looks like a lopsided vote.
So here it is, just the #SneakPeek.
Thanks for following me and my #Remodel .
