Tonight's dinner is Bucatini Bolognese with sweet Italian sausage.
I wouldn't do bucatini again.
I prefer mine thin and flavor absorbing angel hair... not thick and hollow. 🤷♂️
@SECRET_ASIAN_MAN we like bucatini with mussels in white wine sauce. The thin sauce seems to infuse the pasta
@KarenSohne I will try that with maybe shrimp and scallops? Not into mussels or clams.

Exploring the varieties there have never been my thing, but it looks like its my wife's!
