I wouldn't do bucatini again.
I prefer mine thin and flavor absorbing angel hair... not thick and hollow. 🤷♂️

Exploring the varieties there have never been my thing, but it looks like its my wife's!

Some of the types of pasta are for different viscosities of sauce. Hollow ones good for thinner sauces.
