Almost a year ago, my wife was 9 months into her new job and the stress was taking its toll on her (and our marriage).
She's a yearj farther down the road now and handling things much better. The first year of anything difficult, is extremely difficult.
But CxO level work is a crucible. It can break you or make you. I would say she is now made.
Our marriage has gotten even better recently as a result.
