This was the smallest refrigerator I could go built in. This kitchen appliances project was just less than a year ago.
The previous fridge jutted out a few inches. The position of this refrigerator S*U*C*K*S.

I'm thinking your best option is no more formal dining room.
Take out the wall... Push the main kitchen to the back wall and far dining room side with a large island and table in front?
That galley can't be fixed in place?

A formal diningroom is passe in the modern world--IMHO. A grand multipurpose kitchen? Well...
@SECRET_ASIAN_MAN the size of refrigerators is insane. I was shopping for a counter depth a few years ago and the sales guy kept going on about how I’m just spending more money for less space. It’s like dude, I don’t need more space and I’d also like to be able to open the drawer that’s at an angle next to the fridge.
