A lot of great Zoom room setups are good portrait compositions. One other thing to check for when you are in the frame - does anything appear to sprout from your ears or your head and does the overall framing direct the focus to you or are your eyes drawn to something else?
Note, doesn't mean you need to remove the something else, it might just need moving or less emphasis.

Too symmetrical, center art will compete with you, angle a bit high.
Good lighting. Consider a small offset color in something like a globe or glass paperweight.
