Today's #LowCarb lunch was a frozen low carb meal that was decent. I supplemented it with a fried bologna sandwich with low carb bread and a cheddar slice + mayonnaise.
And a small pickle slice.
Dinner will feature leftover off the bone pork rib meat and asparagus. Home cooked leftovers are a must for low carb survival
I lost another pound. I can't really accurately explain why, just guess but 🤷♂️
No cravings, but felt edgy... Like I wanted to vape some weed.
