It's either somebody (or somebodies) faking it for the grift...
Or it's an unofficial Ukrainian government propaganda account (a possibility that is shrinking rapidly).
Regardless of who is running that account, take *everything* that it says with a massive grain of salt.

@Render Osint account Doge i think it was, pulled up a pic this UKR canadian account posted that was already online for years.
@AkomoCombine The fake also used an old book cover and claimed that it was from inside of Kherson.
Mensch defending it convinced me that it's a fake.
