I was told by a friend back in February that many Ukrainians suspect Putin is ill (deathly so with 1-2 years to live). Apparently he used to be extremely in shape and now looks bloated. Possibly water retention and kidney failure. Saw the news today that he's expected to have cancer surgery soon. Maybe they're spot on.
