Is it normal for a landlord to go over your apartment with a black light during the exit walk thru?
Either way I am so glad i'm a homeowner again and had the privilege of only needing to rent for a few months.
@Gardenia Carpet pet stains so they can deduct from my deposit and judge me? Jokes on them, i already wrote off the deposit.

@Gardenia Oh and I got yelled at by her too for using a Hoover spinscrub to keep the carpet clean cuz supposedly the cleaner will interact with their professional cleaner and bleach the carpet? BS I say!
