@REDonaldAuthor having armed police arrest student demonstrators *IS* acceptable when the student protestors (or non-student/any) are blocking the freeway. That, or you know, we can simply fail to prosecute those who run them over.
Civil disobedience does not and never has meant immunity from consequences.

@REDonaldAuthor I understood. I’m speaking more broadly about protestors on the same topic who DO deserve armed arrest.
@MookyTroubadour Slightly off topic, I saw an interesting statement in my browsing this morning (can't remember where 😜) - it was something like "They are being arrested for disturbing the peace, but they are really disturbing the war."
@REDonaldAuthor disturb the war all they want- I have no issue. Disturb my ability to get to a medical appointment? Lock them up.
