A Telegram Channel believed to be run by a former Kremlin insider reported that incident saying the Russian leader was found by guards on the floor of the bedroom "lying on the floor, rolling his eyes."

@NorthernInvader How credible is that Telegram channel? Same one that said he had terminal cancer, Parkinson’s disease and was being impersonated by body doubles most of the time? I’d like to believe them, but …
