Matty J had a pint of fluid (500 mls) drained off yesterday. He did really well again and he’s feeling much better. He’ll go do it again next month, but for now he’s full of chicken from breakfast and happily snuggling on the couch.

Matty J is at the vet to get his abdomen drained again. Because his kidney values were so bad last time & the Lasix has been ineffective in controlling the ascites, we made the decision to drop him off the medication and just have him physically drained every month or two.
