@Progress0nly I did a survey a while ago where a certain fast food restaurant asked about using an AI to take orders. I made it clear as I could considering the questions were heavily biased in favour of positive responses, that I'd shop somewhere else before dealing with a computer. One never knows how they read that. One thing I do notice is that a lot of these places attempting to use kiosks, they're not being used. It's almost impossible to do a subtle customization of your order.
