Anybody who wants to become more informed about Immigration in the USA should read the publicly available Pew Research reports.
They have continually analyzed immigration into and out of the United States.
One of their discoveries is that during the 2007-2009 recession, immigrants moved South back to Mexico, because of lack of work opportunities in the USA. The border traffic direction reflects relative economic conditions.

The ask is simple.

@Cosmichomicide I already have a monthly donation to World Central Kitchen’s Ukraine initiative. I was an ACLU “Guardian of Liberty” for years. I’m considering local groups in NC that support LGBT and reproductive rights.

@VelvetDuchess I cared more about women dying in hospital parking lots than the price of eggs, but whatever, these people are brainless and compassion less.

I am not sure people realize what a merger of tech billionaires and autocratic government will mean. The amount of possible data mining for mind crimes is endless.

Advice I give my friends:

I recommend decoupling your sense of identity with anything outside of yourself.
Just be a person.
Don't be an anxious Trump-lead American-person.
Decouple from it.

Thank goodness we have COSO and J running this ship. I can't imagine being anywhere else on a day like today.

On November 17 we will celebrate COSO's 7th birthday.
