A lone sunflower planted itself in our yard. When it fell over, I cut it and brought it inside for some happiness. I know it won't survive long but what joy it brought in it's short stay.

@testamonk That could very well be. Forgive my horrible memory but I don't recall a lot of the club names back then. I used to work at a fashion store called NaNa, in Santa Monica. Dee Plakas came to work there after and that's where she met her husband. The girls often hung out. They also did an ad for NaNa's Doc Marten's. Adam Pfahler of Jawbreaker also worked there and he's the one responsible for my nick name Pep :) Awesome people came and went through NaNa.

@testamonk I used to work with the drummer back in the late 80's, early 90's. Saw them many times live.

@sugarpopspete so far, we're really pleased with the outcome. We don't like using chemicals.

@LlamaMountainStudioArts It's best to use when it's dry I think, so the water doesn't dilute it. We spray when it's sunny.

Tried a natural combination of white vinegar, salt and dawn dish soap to kill weeds and it worked! I had to order a battery powered sprayer though cause our pump one was lame. SO much better!
