Some rather entertaining stories, especially the ones by M. Darusha Wehm, Tim Pratt, and Robbie MacNiven.

Finished reading "Leviathan Falls: Book Nine Of The Expanse" by James S.A. Corey a.k.a Daniel Abraham & Ty Franck.

Though it was the weirdest book of the 9, and I always preferred when these stories were more grounded, this was still a satisfying end to this epic saga.

Third book of his I've read, and I'm still (pleasantly) surprised by what he writes about and the perspective he takes.

If the first 80 pages are any indication, this epic saga is going to end in the same clever, effortless way it began.

So far, this is as unflinching and impressive as, well, the other book of her that I read.

I really liked her original , but not the really long found poem that was like 3/4th of this book and utterly skippable.

Clearly isn't taking itself too seriously, a good thing for a story about rogues.

Read Sally Gardner's "Maggot Moon" tonight.

Meh. Every poem had the same structure, and it's one I don't like,: every line is the same length, so sentences end and then new one start in the middle of lines.

In my exclusive interview with author Al Hess, we discuss how he's using science fiction to explore an issue of great personal importance in his cyberpunk / decopunk / gay romance / cozy post-apocalyptic sci-fi novel "World Running Down."
