Morning CoSo Fam…,had a great work out this morning. Then ran home showered and rushed to get the bus I’m on at the moment. Have a 9:30am conf call and I pray I make it to my desk in time. Fingers crossed. lol.

I just left my training session and my trainer just texted me and told me that the other trainer that’s there with his client, the client said that I am filled with such great energy and that I motivate him.

I motivate him! That’s such a nice thing to say and hear. It truly make's me so happy that I actually motivate someone.

I try to give off positive energy as I know this is the toughest thing anyone can do for themselves. Staying healthy and in shape ain’t easy especially at our age 💪

I never had a relationship with my father or any father figure type(stepfather was a real prick). So when I see my boss is taking his college bound daughter to get her wisdom teeth pulled and stay with her and care for I can’t tell you the mixed emotions I get. On one hand I’m like WTF she’s old enough to take care of herself. Shit I had no one to take me and I cared for myself. And then on the other hand, makes me so effin sad I never had someone care for me like that (male figurewise)
