Morning Coso fam…..I literally turned the TV on just smoked and drinking coffee and eating breakfast. And I turned the channel and it’s the Cartoon Network showing Scooby doo and Kiss: Rock n roll mystery and was confused at first hahahaha

They always say third times the charm. lol. On my third batch of pineapple curd. If this shyt doesn’t thicken this time then I am giving up.

Cakes done. Had to do the curd over as the first batch wasn’t setting so I redid it. Praying to the curd gods that this one sets. I whisked harder longer and faster so 🤞🏼

Baked raviolis sound so good right about now. Uggh

So I’m sitting here getting a pedicure and this “older” guy is sitting next to me and it’s his very first pedicure (or so he says) and I swear the noises he is making is ridiculous. I’m biting my tongue not to say something. 🤦‍♀️

Pineapple curd done. Now onto coconut cake. Followed by coconut buttercream.

It started raining about 5 min into my walk, and I had two choices on what I should do next. Go home and wait for rain to let up or stick it out and continue the walk.

Just went walking for 45 min 😎 I wanted to go farther but if it started thundering and lightning, there would not have been a safe spot for me to hide under so I decided to do my shorter walk!

Morning CoSo Fam….baking today (from scratch of course) coconut cake with pineapple curd and a coconut buttercream for my sisters birthday.

So many steps. First I have to make the curd, then I’ll do the cake and finally buttercream. God I love baking ❤️ it’s sooo relaxing (at least for me)
