I’m so friggin hungry right now lol

I’m done baking for the night. Kitchen is cleaned and closed. Will be back at it tomorrow morning. lol. I’m after the holidays are over, I’m so gonna need to do a cleanse/fast. I feel liken crap on the inside. Haven’t had this much sweets in almost a year. hahaha

Sometimes friends really try your patience and test your friendship. One such friend is doing this to me and I have really and I mean really tried to understand and not take any one thing personally BUT I’m really at the end of that rope….i have breaking points too ya know…..

Morning CoSo…..Day 4 of baking. Today I make the filling for my nut cups, eggnog mousse, then on to making my sugar cookie shot cups and will start prepping for my white chocolate cranberry cheesecake. Will candy cranberries for starters and make cranberry jam. Tomorrow I finish baking. Then Saturday is wrapping wrapping wrapping

Been baking/prepping like a madwoman lol. Made so far: a tray of rainbow cookies, tray of fluffanutter bars, raspberry jellies, two batches of dough for my nut cups. All while working, putting recycle stuff together, breaking down boxes and washing dishes in between each session. And I did laundry early this morning. #BusyBeaver

I am DONE for the day lol. Tomorrow I’ll be making the filling for the nut cups, three batches of sugar cookie shot cups, eggnog mousse.

Having printer issues and needed to call in IT

Morning CoSo…..I have so much baking to do this week….I'm overwhelmed lol…..I am going to review my list and see what exactly I am going to be making. I know I have to make: 2 trays of rainbow cookies, nut cups, white chocolate cranberry cheesecake. Sugar Christmas cookie shot cups w/ egg nog mousse, raspberry jellies, pistachio cherry cookies. Just trying to figure out what else too make or is that enough lol.

The bigger question is…is it really ever enough hehe

So Thursday was our secret Santa at work with my team. And my secret Santa truly got me an amazing gift. The limit was $20. She knew I loved baking. I can’t wait to bake and bring to work 🥰
