I do t even know why I am going to bother doing my hair…I just ran out to drop off cake to my trainer….and the wind is ridiculous and it’s only 7:42amET. I’ll bring a baseball cap I guess in case I start looking like a crazed lady lol….

So while I have been working I decided to make a cake. So here’s a white chocolate almond raspberry cake. It’s a white cake with an amaretto and white chocolate buttercream and homemade raspberry preserves in the middle. Decorated with almonds and fresh raspberries 😍

So the past few weeks my sleep has been off and not sure why….so last night I remembered a present my sister got me for either Christmas or my birthday last year, and decided to use them again….and boy what a great night sleep I had…I recommend them highly.

I have been on a baking spree. I just love to bake bake bake(don’t get me wrong I love to cook cook cook but it’s baking season hehe). Next up is a white chocolate almond raspberry layered cake…. I wish I could bring this to #Coso #MovieNight for all to taste ☺️

On a lighter note, it’s one week since I slipped and fell down a flight of stairs. I am grateful I didn’t break any bones in the feet but it did take a good beating. Here’s the side of my foot after one week. But I’m headed back to gym this morning so I pray I don’t mess this foot up. It just hurts a lil nothing major. Just like a bruise hurts. I should be fine right…lol we shall see

I can’t tell you all how excited I am that I was given an espresso machine to make my iced caramel lattes and to learn how to steam milk for cappuccinos. I had two lattes so far…not in same day lol, you don’t want to experience me on two lattes in one day. Let’s just say I’d drive you mad with my energy TRUST ME. I’m a handful without caffeine, just imagine with two shots of espresso lmao. Anyways. Today I’m making cappuccinos for me n my sister. Wish me luck lol
