What the Texas Court decision shows is that even abortion bans with supposed exceptions for life and health are, in fact, complete abortion bans, because the legal difficulties in establishing the exception can keep a pregnant woman in legal limbo until she carries, miscarries, or is dead.

None of this is about "saving the children." All of this is about punishing women for the crime of having a uterus.
