I'm considering trying to draw a perspective of the different mental health conditions I live with, individual sketches, possibly digitally painted, not sure yet, in order to sort of share how they effect my life, and can be difficult to navigate from day to day. In a way, I want to try and offer a way to de-stigmatize mental conditions and disorders by building on understanding the different aspects of it.#MentalHealth #CoSoArt

I wanted to share a memory that I was able to paint. Back in the mid 90's my mother picked up all three of us siblings and left my father behind. We traveled from MA, all the way to AR, in under 3 days, traveling the highways in an old beat up station wagon and resting whenever we could at rest stops. I remembered seeing this sunset over the cornfields stretching across Kansas and how I smiled to myself, knowing that some day I'd paint it. #CoSoArt "Sunset"
