These two are characters I do play fairly often on the game server. One is a mutated bunny that turned into a lagomorph due to Rikti radiation exposure, and the other is part of my tirikan collective characters.

I also do a bit of base building myself, mostly for fun but I'm trying to recreate images of worlds from my own imagination with many of the bases I've created over the last six years on the game. City of Heroes hit 20 years old just this past August, it's dated in graphics, but the players that love it, we see so much more than what's on modern games today.

As for why I love the community on City of Heroes Homecoming. I am the founder of the player mentorship project on the Everlasting shard, (@)Crystal Dragon, and I teach roleplaying to beginners, and help shake off the rust from the returning players of the game. I have a team of two other mentors that help lead this, both organizing and hosting "classes" to educate on safe roleplaying, online safety in the game, and how to use the support tools among a variety of other tips.

This is one of my favorite player built spaces in City of Heroes:Homecoming, it's an LGBTQ club that opens about two or three times a month at night eastern time, and they live stream music from LGBTQ artists around the world. The club, is named Penny Palace and the main host there, is DJ Eros and Midnight-Masque.

My favorite game. I love the community on City of Heroes: Homecoming, and know quite a few of the staff that manage the game for the players. It is community funded 100% and free to play. You can play your own self created hero, or villains, or even vigilantes and rogues! And what's awesome about this game is the amount of customization you can do, from personal super group bases, to your own custom look and build for your characters.

Y'all remember that email I sent to the Democratic party right? I think the dems decided to come out roaring. This is coming from one of my friends that keeps a close watch on LGBTQ matters in politics. She is an activist like me. 1/2

Remembering @mouses
She was a bright light when things were just going bonkers around her, she kept her head up and supported her friends every chance she had, and she was so loved, so very very loved by everyone around her. When I first met her on twitter/X, we both are deeply tracking what was going on in the Redfield SA case, and we ended up connecting in the years since. She came out to me over the years as I ended up coming out to her when I was 37, in 2017. I miss her.

Today is Transgender Rememberance Day. Hug your family and friends, let them know they are loved and supported and deserve a place in the world.

Pst, hey, if you love this place, and the folks here, be sure to donate to help J keep this place going! (I might do some sketches for those that donate the last stretch to 100%!)
