Now don't get me wrong, some games do have a thriving community for roleplayers, and LGBTQ both. But City of Heroes Homecoming, is perhaps the only one I've run into that actually has a very strong LGBTQ presence in the community and the management of the game has made it especially clear, Gender Identity is not to be questioned, disparaged, or mocked. While we do have our own kind of "drama", the community is more mature than we were when we first played. So it's cozy. #Postyourfavorites
@Heucuva8 Yeah it's wild but I'm really glad to see so many visible LGBTQ and Autistics in the vtubing spheres honestly!
I'm about 95% sure being LGBTQ is a requirement to join VShojo... 😅 And I can name at LEAST 2 who've talked about their Autism journey... Froot (Apricot) and Haruka.
That's one of the things i really like about the #vtuber community. Members of both the LGBTQ and Autistic communities are very welcome in vtubing spaces, on both sides of the camera.
Disrespect, Misgendering, and Deadnaming people is not allowed.
In fact, there is a large % of people who ARE VTubers that also happen to be on one or both spectrums. Also, weirdly, colorblindness is rather common as well. I haven't figured out why yet. 🤔🤷🏻♂️
