@PaganMother his lawyer claimed he's making this house his primary residence, but there's actually two separate houses here and he's evicting everybody from both houses. Is he going to claim both houses as a primary residence?! I think he's using the tax as an excuse to evict, then bring in other renters at a much higher rate until he develops the land.
