Hi folks, sorry I've been so quiet lately. This holiday season, all the way until after January tends to be the hardest for me. My mother loved this season, she celebrated all of it with such enthusiasm, but she's been gone from this mortal coil since 2004. I suppose it's SAD's I could be mistaken but I try to be more gentle with myself and more conscious of the amount of time and self care I give to myself as a result of this awareness. #Checkingin #MentalHealth
